 4）天候，寒暖の表現　
天候 Il fait beau. 天気がいい。
  Il fait mauvais.　 天気が悪い。
  Il pleut. 雨が降っている。
  Il neige. 雪が降っている。
寒暖 Il fait chaud. 暑い。
  Il fait froid.　 寒い。
  Quel temps fait-il ? 天気はどう？　

非人称構文で用いられる２種類の動詞
 

非人称構文で用いられる動詞には，非人称構文以外でも用いられているもの（faire, être, etc）と非人称構文でしか用いられないもの（pleut → pleuvoir；neige → neiger）とがあります。

pleut, neige って何？
 

pleut は pleuvoir ｢雨が降る」，neige は neiger ｢雪が降る」と言う動詞の活用形です。

5）時間の表現
Quelle heure est-il ( il est ) ?　 何時ですか？
Il est trois heures.　 3時です。

Quelle heure il est ? は，英語の What time is it ? にあたる表現ですが，次のようにも言えます。

Il est quelle heure?

6）il y a+名詞「・・・がある」
Il y a une lettre sur la table. テーブルの上に手紙があります。

il y a は，英語の there is , there are にあたる表現です。il y a の後には，単数名詞だけでなく複数名詞も来ることができます。

Il y a des lettres sur la table.

il y a は「…がある」という意味ではなくて，｢…前に」という意味で使われることもあります。　Il y a 全体で，英語の ago に相当するわけですね。

Elle vient de partir, il y a dix minutes.
彼女は10分前に出発したところです。
